No n alcohol shouldn't b allowed neither as it slows down your metabolism, dark choc is the healthier option but like a square just to take the craving away. Fruits have natural sugars, but berries are best as anything else doesnt fit into the plan

If someone posted saying they wanted a bbw they'd get so many replies and people licking up to them. Someone says they want someone slimmer and people comment saying oh well I like bbw.
