We're in for an exciting season. I've read all the comics and Negan is the best villain they've ever had, makes the Governor look like a pussy.

The world opens up too so plenty of new, really cool characters coming down the line

Eh no Abraham was dead at this point in the comics. Died a few publications prior by getting shot in the eye with a crossbow. His death was replaced with Denise for the TV show so they could do a double death with Negan making his debut

Watched it on kodi yesterday as I couldn't wait to see it on fox lol...has to be the best opening episode in a long time... truly horrific and so realistic... it's just a shame this is the last ever season though.

Yeah I'd say there's at least 3 more seasons. They renewed for an 8th a couple weeks back. If going on story arcs there's about 15 series total but comic is still going so can definitely go beyond that. They'll have to end it at some stage though

It was a great episode but I think it would have been better mid season or something, we all knew from the season finale that someone was going to get their head smashed in and with the months of waiting around to find out who I think most of us had figured out who or at least had a good idea. By the time I actually watched it I had already come to terms with the fact that those characters would be gone and it spoiled it for me!
