Do spirits go off?

I'm clearing out my cupboards here - I know, the excitement is nearly killing me

Anyway I've found an opened yet almost full bottle of vodka which was brought here by a meet 2 years ago.

Will it still be ok to drink or has it gone off? Debating whether to pour down sink or invite him back to finish it. But seeing how we didn't make much of a hole in it last time that might not work

In the whiskey aging process (minimum 3 years to be a whiskey) a small % of alcohol evaporates ..it's often called God's share..

So the be an angel and poor me one please..

it'll be fine to drink as long as it's been stored with its top on.

Perfectly fine GL, It might start to taint after 10 years but a couple will be fine. Keep it in the freezer if you have it cold.
