Get some sticky felt pads & stick them in the door jamb Lolli...(can be done surreptitiously while waiting for that "cup of sugar").

Lol this is terrible but in my last apt block we had awful trouble with one neighbour who partied 24/7, so my ex was fed up listening to me give out, so he put super glue in their locks when they were out so when they got back their key wouldn't go in and they had to call the locksmith!
