Theres loads of other foods to keep colds at bay. If you catch a cold , Use A Tissue once only! Catch it, bin it, kill it and wash your hands | |||

It can cause complications for those already on medication and can suppress the immune system from prolonged use.If youre eating a healthy diet, theres no need for echinacea at all. | |||
