Not all women are the same but I left a job afew years ago as it was al women and all they done was bitch about everyone behind their backs. It got on my nerves so bad that I used to eat lunch at my desk rather then the canteen and when they asked me why I done it and I told them they are done my head in with their negativity, they naturally turned on me. I couldn't stick it so I left!

I know a lot of women that feel the same way tbh. They much prefer working with and been around men in general

Done that the past, best to let it just wash over you. Say nowt, a polite non comittal answer and dont take sides.
