Misleading filters

Just having a chat with a friend there about picture filters. Can they be misleading? Should there be a limit to how much filtering you can do with your pics? or are you all for it? I love filters personally

No harm in a little filtering with the apps, I personally just use them for adding frames around the pics, or change to b\w,

I dont mind a little bit of filtering its not like they work miracles lol once you start chatting to someone you're gona send them more everyday pics anyway

Exactly, I would let any prospective meets see me bare faced too. At least they know what to expect when the make up had worn off then

If they look like a catoon in all of their photos it doesn't necessarily mean they look like a horror movie character in real life. Some of the most attractive people I know filter every photo to death but it's more of a self confidence issue than an effort to deceive.

You can't filter a coffee meet although VR is just around the corner

I think I look better now than I did 10 years ago, even if I was slimmer. Thank God for eyebrows!! They really do make a difference

Just put a notice on bottom of your profile saying " if we meet and you DONT look like your profile photo..you're buying the drinks untill you DO"..

I don't really use them. And prospective meets have seen me barefaced aswell, and so far noones been scared off by my ugly mug

Not really....filters are part of Photoshop and most filters work like airbrushing the whole picture in one go.
