Ok, so last weekend I suffered a two day hangover. Monday morning stomach was still not quite right and I was a little sleepy. I marked this down as a one off, don't usually do the whole dying a death thing so thought nothing of it. Thought maybe I just overdid it.

But then the weekend just past there same problem. I didn't even have that much to drink Saturday but again this morning things not quite right.

What the hell is this? Am I getting old? I did find grey hairs this morning...not a grey hair, but actually hairs...multiple!

Yep it's called getting old I'm afraid. In my early 20s I could drink for 3 days. Now it takes 3 days to recover a night out.

yep youre getting old fella..I long for the days when i could drink 15 pints then get up the next morning and do a days work no bother to me..if i did that now I'd die..you're liver isn't the fresh organ it was when you were 17 or 18..I noticed by the time i was 25 that my tolerance had gone to shit..3 or 3 drinks and I was very d*unk..its shit so I decided to quit altogether

Meath

You might have to change what you are drinking..

Beer just might be giving you mega hangovers..

Or vodka..

Or cider..

(Deffo if you're on all 3)

Joking aside, it could be something to think about.

Belfast

Do you drink cheap vodka? always gives you the worst, longest hangovers. I speak from experience

Ten years ago I could party all night.

Now a night of drinking requires more recovery time than a minor surgery

I'm into my second day of a hangover from hell right now. Spend the last 7 days working and partying like a man possessed, at the Monaco boat show which finished on Sunday night..

Suppose it could have been the 4 beer, or maybe the countless Jaegar bombs that just kept being handed to me by my friend (not that she poured them down my throat) or the handful of Jack Daniels with I had...jesus maybe I do drink too much.
