Smoking

I stopped smoking almost a week ago and I've not had too many cravings for a smoke but what I have had is the worst chesty cough. I've heard it is common but I would like to know what others have done to get over it.

I bought a carton of 200 Excellence fegs las Monday of the local feg supplier.... savin a fortune

Personally and fortunately i didn't have to much trouble giving them up in terms of will power. I did though get a bad chesty cough and i got a lot of mouth ulcers aswell. I'd say it was a few weeks anyway before i was grand from everything. Keep it up anyhow and don't give in. Giving them up is one of the best decisions i ever made

I'm mainly trying to get past the habit of lighting up every time I get in the car.
