....please release me and let me dream of making mad love to my girl on the heath,

Tearing off tights with my teeth.

But there's no relief, no peace.

I toss and turn without cease.

Like a curse open my eyes and rise like yeast etc., etc............

Sleep - where did you go you? Oh too fleeting like a will-o'-the-wisp .....here and gone in the blink of an eye .........ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Ohhhhhhh you poor thing. I would offer my own personal horn if I thought that would be of any use to you ......but am afraid that I would probably fall asleep minutes of getting behind the wheel.......maybe THAT'S the cure ......go drive somewhere then am guaranteed to fall asleep

I haven't had a decent night's sleep in weeks. Get up in the morning more tired than I went to bed, looking forward to getting back there all day. Convinced I'm so tired I'll definitely sleep tonight, and then I don't. Again.

Only problem with that ...... unlike you I am not into guys. A guy on his own - bashing his bishop, choking his chicken, battling the purple headed yoghurt slinger, jerking his gherkin, running off a batch by hand etc., etc. just doesn't do it for me !!

Lately I have been having weird dreams, sometimes funny, sometimes weird. Either way they wake me up and keep me awake thinking about them. I try using the "count your breaths" or the "take deep breaths" methods of insomnia fighting but never manage to fall back to sleep. Worse is when the dream is a turn in then you have to relieve the pressure and that always keeps me awake.
