So what are you fabsters eating this morning. I had scrambled egg's with chopped up salmon and cucumber mixed in a pint of protein milk and a coffee.

Warm water with a slice of lemon followed by, 2 rashers, 2 weetabix, 2 raw eggs mixed with yoghurt.

Why would you drink a protein milk when you eat scrambled egg and salmon? Isn't that a bit too much of the same! What about some vitamins? Doghunter shut up! It's not your business....

I had a multi seed bread with French salami, an apple and a chocolate hazelnut biscuit with a tea
