I know a couple girls with them. Its more common then ud think. Some look great, some look awful. I wouldnt risk it personally. Mine are big enough

Why would you touch something that looks already perfect? Most boob jobs can be spotted from far away and they almost never match the absolute gorgeous shape of a natural ones no matter what size, just my humble opinion
