Yes I have, a few times. I enjoyed it, but I suppose the reason I did is because i don't have any hangups about my cock touching another guys cock, and the lady in question really enjoyed it too.

Yes have had the pleasure of experiencing this. As one the guys have said, if the guys are comfortable crossing swords it shouldnt be a problem.

If you are to try, advice would be go with someone with experience as it can be difficult to pull off.

As Mingo has said, same type of position mainly used for DP.

One guy on his back lying down, with female on top of him on her back to. Once bottom guy is in, top guy the lowers himself (need to be flexible fit on top) to squeeze in to her too from a missionary type position.

As ive said above, its not easy to do.
