Rugby player build and fat are different.

Rugby players have massive amounts of muscle on them and would be defined if you stripped the fat, overweight guys wouldn't.

I'm not having a go but I do get tired of men who use the rugby player build term when they're just overweight.

The term is used and refers to chubby to large men and not to rugby players. I'd say a rugby player wouldn't be very pleased
