Hope it's as good as yesterdays match. Mayo have been very lucky in the championship. Dont think the final will the same as the dublin Kerry semi final. But I hope its a great game. Working on tickets myself

Thankfully have two tickets. First time in years I've managed make both hurling and football finals. After tipp beating the cats yesterday here's hoping Mayo will finally break their hoodoo and have it a year for the underdogs

Accommodation sorted two months ago, I was ahead of the curve accommodation wise. One ticket for me sorted, still looking for a ticket for my daughter who also wants to go. She has been to more games than me this year. If there is a spare hill or Nally ticket about, ill happily take it!!

TIA

Dont understand how you can said it will be a landslide going on mayos performace in the championship for the last 5 yrs back to back all irelands

Drawn semi against kerry, kerry go on to win.

Drawn semi against dublin, dublin go on to win.

So what ever happens it wont be a landslide and i wouldnt write mayo just off yet......

Boldgirl see ya in flannerys after the match

It absolutely sickens me. Probably more so because of the amount of people that haven't gone to a match all year that go looking for tickets.

Anyway COYBIB

just a question for any members of the large Dublin clubs, what way do they divide up the tickets between members, is it just luck of the draw in a raffle or do you get priority if you have been to the rest of the games?

It completely depends on the club, for most that I know of it is luck of the draw. If you're a Parnell pass holder and have gone to at least four matches you automatically have a reserved all Ireland ticket though

The old beaten track mostly, same families etc over the yrs, some are more fair, a raffle maybe.

My local one is fairly political with them, who you know type of thing.

Luckily I've a corporate ticket this year, stood outside in the rain previous final and got one close to throw in from a guy who's mate couldn't make it. They definitely need to change the final allocation, its stone age stuff with the gaa.

The seat beside me in the cusack ladt yr was empty for the entire game, I know lads who would sell a kidney fir that seat lol.

Bunch of women ten seats awa, five mins in I hear them saying that two of their mates went shopping instead so those two seats empty too utter madness.

Here in mayo its players first then backroom staff and further down the line its members who have been getting tickets all year, highly unlightly that if you hadnt gone to a game all year youd get a ticket

how many tickets do each county get? Coming from Down I wouldn't really know, in 2010 we got 12,000 the same as cork, not really much out of 82,000 capacity.

Mayo seem to have an inferiority complex..over the last few years in finals they seem to shit themselves.. if only they could find a manager who could instill some belief into them then they would be a force to be reckoned with..it's gone beyond a joke at this stage and the pressure is huge..can't see anything other than a dubs win

Those stories are always bolox, that's merely a case of people fucking up the auction, they will bid a ridiculous amount of money and when it ends just not pay up, happens every year

Hahahaha brilliant although I actually read on dublinlive yesterday that it's actually fans putting in fake bids in so they're brought to the attention of eBay (once it reaches a certain amount) and is taken down

Go the Dubs!

In April I misunderstood a conversation in the pub and toddled on down to PP to put a Euro (yes, a whole Euro!) on Dublin to win all Ireland.

Not being very much up on football here I thought the match was that day.

I've been nursing my PP betting slip for 5 months.

No idea what odds I got. Has to buy me a pint tho doesn't it?
