What habit?

A video from a coach I know as he does his daily walk 6 am in the morning, about habits struck a chord with me.

It could be breaking bad habits like having to eat 3 bikkies with a cup of tea when you drink 5 cups a day to forming good habits like going to gym Mon, wed and Fri every week

Apparently it can take just 21 days of abstinence to break a habit, doubt that myself.

So what bad habit would you wanna break or what good habit would you want to form

For me it eating sweet stuff late at night...so I going to try break this habit from Monday...just have to try replacement approach. Also, must stop taking bum pics

Eating all day long in work, total habit! Just cause it's a morning break doesn't mean I need to eat again, as I've had my breakfast about an hour beforehand
