You can get training kits, 3 different sizes and think there made from silicone...

Yes they do heighten the pleasure, well for me at least they do.

Start with a smaller one and move on from there.

Love honey has a good range but start small and use lots of lube. Not sure how the vibrating ones would be for wearing for longer periods of time. U don't want to have it in and ur clothing manages to turn it on and ur in public!!!!
