Random Blocking

Hey guys,

So I was doing a bit of browsing today and after clicking on a very popular lady's it must be said profile discovered I had been blocked by her. Now of course that is her prerogative and she can block whomever she pleases.

I was surprised as I had never had any interaction with her before, no messages, no winks, no random friend request. So peeps do you block people if you think from looking at their profile they are not for you or do you use it for those that harass, send nasty messages etc. ?

Yes - Automatically block anyone:

- not in Ireland

- behaves rudely/crudely or lewdly in the chatrooms [either to others or to myself]

- posts vitriolic attacks on the Forums.

I have a very short BS threshold these days.

They are all very legitimate reasons for blocking. It appears however that some people block without using a set of principles such as yours above.

It's their choice and I'm not complaining about it, just trying to understand it...

I tend to block guys who put up nasty status' about the women here. These tend to be the guys who expect you to drop your knicks at their convenience.

on the hill NordWest of

Everyone uses their block button in a different way. No point in getting confused about it. All she's saying with her action that she isn't interested in you for whatever reason. Just move on.
