Feeling off

Since Saturday I have been feeling super emotional. I have started arguments out of no where for no good reason.

I just realised i am probably feeling depression because of my diet! (Or new food plan ... less stigma calling it that apparently)

I'm 10 days being good food wise. And i think my body is reacting to it.

So apologies if I was an emo dick (except to the troll. I was spot on there and the 48 hour suspension was worth it)

your think im a looper now when I say this , but the recent lunar cycle of the full moon has and does cause people to act emotionally heightened , some people are just affected by the moon and the tides , its the gravatational shift which effects the brains neurotransmitters . So if you were kinda off from the 18th to the 21 st of Aug , that might be the reason . Feel free to ignore this rambling druids witchy speak if it suits ya

I believe. Lunatic ... luna ... moon. There is history of that.

Between a low fat diet, the moon and serious family stuff it's easily explained

I have a friend who when he was younger and a full moon would happen, he would go fruit of the loops and always get him self into trouble.

I agree with avalon.but changing your diet very quickly can put the body into shock as well.exercise and diet should be introduced into the body very slow.

Yes it is. My local guard always says this. And he has been correct on many occasions. Some local crazies often do mad things when there's a full moon.

Most madness and crimes are carried out on a full moon. Ie lunar lunatic

Could be the lunar cycle.

But the food thing could add to the emotions so stick with your wise food choices and your mood should start to improve soon. Keep up the new healthy lifestyle changes. Well done x

Totally agree with you on this ,where would be good references to read up on this I've tried a few books but it gets really heavy & hard to get threw,as it gets complicated & loads of other issues effect moons & tides

I work in a mental health assessment unit, and you can always tell it's a full moon, by the behaviour of patients. I myself suffer from loads of aches and pains, increased anxiety when it's full moon.

Remember to take before and after pics. And best to lose it slowly, that way it'll stay off. Respect

I'm craving anything bad. Pizza or chocolate or a massive lasagne with garlic bread. Crackers. Digestives.

Yes! I'm a tough cookie with an upbeat personality but when I grow three dragon heads there's only one medicine that helps: good sex!
