I hope she is proven wrong. I love seeing (or sometimes guiding) newbies first steps into swinging. I can only speculate what the scene is like as i've been mostly out of it for the guts of a year.

but newbies having successful meets can only be a good thing.

I get that its a bi lady that you're looking for but if you're going out anyway, couldn't you meet a guy or a couple. If nothing else it will get you you're first veri which will make things easier

Bi ladies are the hardest to find on here

I see where your coming from but I guess we have a game plan and wish to stick to it. No problem having the chat and drink with lads and couples at parties and planned events. We'd worry that if we meet a man or couples for a drink like we have planned they might be hoping for more to happen maybe.

mm. A local couple or single lady would depend on certain things. God forbid if we ended up seeing our neighbors or someone even closer. Athlone is a busy spot so maybe we get lucky and someone is staying here over the weekend . We turned down a drink last week from a couple because we aren't seeing couples so see how it goes.
