Needing some advise or to pick someone's brains.....

I have a fur jacket which belonged to my mum who departed this world 16 years ago! I was going to give it to the charity shop and may still do but as it appears in good condition I thought maybe I could make some pocket money and sell it to a second hand shop.... Maybe in Dublin or elsewhere!

Could any of you fabbers empart any tipbits on the subject

Why not recycle it into a lovely fur throw or cushion covers rather than sell if its of sentimental value?.just a thought if you didnt want the jacket taking up space.

Theres a few sites available also like buymyfur.com that will appraise the item you wish to sell.

I hope this helps you

Thank you msdirtygirl's, that is really good advise.... I spoke to a lovely lady in Bernardo's in Dublin she suggested I get it made into a sleeveless jacket but your idea is better as I know I would never wear it...... I am going to bring it to a shop in south Anne's street for valuation
