Just a quick update.

Given how close we're getting to the event we would like to get up to date on actual numbers, we have members waiting for reserve places after the initial interest and would like to offer them available places no later than the end of the month.

Many of the e-vites have not been picked up, or have been read but no rsvp sent. Could anyone still wishing to attend please ensure they have replied with the appropriate rsvp.

Final details will go out by text only to those who have returned an rsvp from the e-vite. I will try to contact all members this effects via fab asap.

Things are ramping up nicely and I for one am getting excited.

A couple of things

I have been asked by a few gentlemen about the dress code. It is a masked ball and I can tell you the ladies are going for it. Gentlemen should at least respect their efforts by doing likewise. Suit up boys, shirt and tie minimum. If you have the tux wear it. The ladies love a man in a tux, literally!!!

Secondly we are getting the usual few late drop outs for family reasons, nothing abnormal and totally expected and understandable. But this leaves a few couples spaces free. So if you know any couples that would like to attend let them know to contact Talon13
