Limerick

Can anybody help me. I want to change my stuff from phone to sd card I'm after getting. can't ask family or friends because of some pictures. Phone won't allow me to do much more until I do it. It tells me my internal card is full. Thanks.

Assuming you are using an android phone pull the top of the screen down, tap settings, then storage, scroll down and you'll see move media, just choose what you want to move, pictures, music etc .....

Plug your phone into your laptop and copy and paste everything to a card and then delete everything from phone.

Very important that you choose "move" rather than "copy" as move will remove the original and copy will leave it behind and your phone memory will still be full.

A lot of people don't realise this and wonder why their memory problem isn't solved.

No guys still the same.i get a far a transfer so sd card but down the bottom right of the the is transfer but won't let to press on it. Next to it on left is cancel it will let me press on that

The phone may need some temporary memory in order to do the transfer, and might be so full it can't even do that. Delete some stuff you don't need until it allows you to move something.

Hold u finger on what ur trying to mover and see does it then highlight and get a tick box beside it . Then u might see a move button. Then select the destination. On my samsung after u hit move it opens 2 folders, one is the ext sd. Select this then there should be a move to here button.

You need to make sure your new photos are being saved to sd card from now on. Then if you take a picture it will create an album with the memory card logo. All you need to do then is go into your gallery, select all the albums and it will give you the option to move them to other folders, just select the memory card folder you have created. I had to do it last week to the Mrs's phone.

Viber is a bad app to have on the phone for memory so delete that transfare photos to memory card and reinstall viber if you use it. Also picasa will probably have saved your photos even if you delete them id a wild problem with picasa tryen to delete naked photos off that and still never got them deleted for love nor money

I know a few people who've had this problem with viber. Where's the point in reinstalling it, if it's the problem to begin with? Although I must admit, I personally prefer viber over WhatsApp or even kik. The graphics are much nicer.
