I always have at least a very short beard. I hate the feeling of my clean shaved face, and the feeling when my beard gets a little long. It's been nearly 10 years since I last clean shaved and that was only because I had an interview the next day

Don't sweat it, this report came from a completely unclinical test and no shaved men were tested simultaneously to see if the germs were also present on them. Another clinical trial held recently found practically no difference in bacteria amounts (there were some present in the bearded men that weren't present in the shaved men) between bearded/shaved men. Pucker up ya hairy beast!
