"So apparently years ago milk was always added first as the porcelin cups were poorly made and to add boiling water straight off would crack them. Nowadays apparently you should add the milk first because adding milk to boiling water cause the milk to heat unevenly which causes the milk to lose its proteins which in turn affects the taste and causes the 'skin' on top. So I tried it out and added the milk before the water and I have to say it is a lot nice What do ya think? I know, I'm having good a slow day " That's blasphemy that is!!! Tea first is gospel

"Hate tea yuk! But would have 6 or 7 cups of coffee a day! Must try that way with milk first as usually put the water before the milk! " Always make coffee like that! Milk coffee sugar stir and then add the water. Probably makes feck all difference but in my own head it's nicer!
