Glad he took it down for you ... for the record if you did not give him permission, then he is in serious trouble as its illegal to post pics with out permission.If I was him I would be very worried.I remember reading and hearing about a guy posting pics of his former girlfriend and he was in trouble with the law for not deleting everything from his phone. It would be no harm to name and shame individuals who behave in a disgraceful way like that.

Wouldn't you discuss pic taking beforehand and then determine which could be used after? Presuming that the ones that are deemed not will be deleted by the other person(s) you just enjoyed.

I know OP was a little inebriated at the time and that just makes this guy's actions despicable.

Just asking what everyone's normal understanding is.
