I, the penis, apply for a pay rise based on reason specified as follows:

I work physically

I work in deep depth

I always dive into my work with the head first

I do not have free weekends or banking holiday

I work in a wet environment

Overtime is not paid

I have to work on a dark spot with insufficient ventilation

I work at high temperatures

During my work I am exposed to contagious disease

After short work periods you fall asleep

You do not obey management supervision at all time

You do not comply at all times with health and safety regulations e.g wearing protective gear

Long before the age of 65 you retire

Your capability for double shifts is next to nil

Sometimes you leave the workstation before the job is done
