Castleknock country club

Hi all, looking for some advice, I'm staying at Castleknock hotel next week, is there anything around it all will I be marooned there?

It's kind of in the middle of nowhere, like not really within walking distance of anywhere. But you're not a far drive/taxi journey from Blanchardstown, Lucan, Castleknock, all which have a reasonable selection of bars/restaurants.

You can walk through a path from opposite the hotel gate into an estate, that will lead you down to the local pub.

But yes, it's a little isolated.
