I just updated my membership. I chose the £20 silver package. This ended up costing €29.45. Does anyone know who sets the exchange rate? There is a Rip off somewhere on the transaction.

On xe.com £20 =

The rate that's on xe is never correct. It's the rate that's somewhere between the the sell and buy rate so it will never be the same as online I'm afraid
