Anyone else getting hammered by hay fever today? Doing my head in and tablets aren't working? Home remedy ideas would be welcome.

Spoon of cider vinegar daily or use local honey as it builds up a natural defence

Mometasone furoate nasal spray. Think it's prescription only but has been a godsend the last few years for me and I've tried everything on the market as well as most herbal remedies. Well worth a try.

Yep. Bigtime sufferer here. I get my tablets from the north.

Fucn price of them down here compared to up there.

Fine today but knocked me for 6 on Tuesday...so much so I spent most of it in bed. Horrible when it's like that.

Find out if anybody near you is selling the forever living aloe Vera range of products. They do a bee pollen tablet that I found very very good.

Take a ceterizine every morning, then get flixonase nasal spray once daily and finally opticrom eye drops x4 daily.. This is really help a lot! Bit of a pain doing all this everyday but much more preferable than hay fever 24/7
