So what does it for you??

I'm suffering all day today with a hangover and can feel myself already gonna be suffering tomorrow.. Self inflicted I know, would I do it again.. Probably!

I tend to get a bottle of the raspberry oasis with a 2ltr bottle of water and skip food for the day.. This clearly doesn't work!

Anyone any suggestions?!! This will benefit a lot of us at some point or another so help out here please!

I prefer lots of water and any food that a baby could eat. Followed by a little hair of the dog but not too much lol

Pure orange juice or vitiman c tablets.. crackers. And lots of sex to sweat the alcohol out

Get loads of fluid into you before ya sleep . Alchol dehydrates you so you need to hydrate the body I always get powerade the morning after gives me what i need.
