When you see this happen and the pub is mental and you win €50 on result and you are off work tomorrow.

If Carlsberg did Wednesdays...

Emotionally physically and cash drained. I've just gotten back to our hotel to collect our bags to go to the airport. Some game some night and some city but I'm done. Just want my own bed and a cup of tea

It's a great shame that Two home nations play each other on Saturday. Consolation is that at least one goes through. I'm red so hopefully there won't be too many sore loosers when I go out Sat night...

You'd swear Ireland won the euros the way they're going on

don't want to be pouring cold water on the victory but Italy didn't need to win..if they did they would have beaten Ireland soundly..that was a team of substitutes they had...roll on france then

.....realistic. ..but also a little misinformed. ...Italy did rest some players. ...but they were far from a team of subs. They are not the force they were, in terms of international soccer. With a decent set of officials, the score line last night should have been 3-0 to Ireland.

Didn't Italy rest 7-9 of their first team..that to me is a second rate team and they pushed Ireland all the way..It'll give the ireland team confidence definitely

....they had one or two decent chances.....hardly pushing them all the way. ..?...Ireland looked the better team the whole way through the game. ..and check out who the "subs" play for...
