Looking for a cure for a recent bout of Man Flu ...... any ones any suggestions ... The chicken soup doesn't seem to be having an effect anymore ...

Lot of people think its a flu but a lot i know have ended up with neumonia which is very hard to shake off it took me 3 weeks to get back to normal
