If you take the time to find the right tatt and the right artist, they can look great. Tattoos can look awful when you don't think about them properly. The vine idea sounds class.

But of course, not tacky.

Good tattoos aren't cheap, and cheap tattoos aren't good, so don't go looking for the cheapest place and always ask to view the artists previous work

Being a tattoo artist myself id have to say vine style tattoos can be quite boring to do but if done right can look incredibly sexy, but defo source and research a good artist before taking the plunge because its a huge project and shes gonna have it for life ?

It's simple. You shop around, visit different parlours, and view the artists portfolios and previous work, until you have found someone who you feel will be able to do the job to your standard. It's permanent, so you're allowed to be fussy.

Finding a good tattooist isn't that difficult but finding one that can do the design you want maybe ....... Find the tattooist and chat to them get the design together and make sure it's 100% what you want ...... Then go for it ....... My back piece took 4 hours to get the pic right and then 17 hours to get completed ( number of 3hr sittings)

What I'm saying be a 100% happy before you start

I have 2 tattoos and just started on my third. Angel wings across my shoulders and back. Every tattoo I have has a meaning behind it.. and this one is in memory of a good friend I lost whilst in the army.. always research your artists and check on their work. Don't rush into it.. you have it for life..

Each to their own. Mrs has around 12 now and still going until she's covered most of herself. I find them an incredible turn on.

I've only started into the piercings and looking at starting tattoos also at some point.

The Midleton show is always a good 1, luckily for me I live close to Midleton so have been going every year since they started, always top class artists and its how I found the artists to do the different styles I like. Also there is the Body Art Expo in Dublin in the Helix, I was at it last year and it was incredible so defo worth a look
