"I think youtube will be the most informative way to go, don't know why I didn't think of that myself "duh". I do walk for around 40 mins a day not fast walking though. I am a single parent/student so classes, trainers, and to some extent gym memberships are just an expense I can't afford right now! However I want to be practical and realistic so if I can do a plan for myself on set days I can put it on a visual board and I know I am more than likely to keep that into my schedule. I don't eat white bread, don't take sugar in tea/coffee but probably love my cheese far too much. ![]() I don't know anything about you, size or shape etc but I'm gonna suggest one thing....don't know if it's applicable to you but might help someone else. My local health board has got together with the local council to run 'Fermanagh Active Living'. It's for anyone with a bmi over 30 with diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke etc. They give you 12 free gym sessions, if you show that you've made changes at the end of this you get another 12 and after that you get a reduced rate for the gym. I started it a few weeks ago and it's great...ask around and see if there's something in your local area | |||

Employment in leisure centers,the obvious health benefits to the participants especially those in danger of risks like diabetes,high blood pressure and coronary illnesses freeing up hospital space and resources,also the social out let for participants It never happen down here there's no noticeable misery inflicted on anyone the politicians won't have it | |||

"Thanks to each and every one of ye sexy mofo's for your suggestions, support and stories! It would be a "fab" idea to set up a whatsapp group or was it kik? I can't remember. Anyhow I feel like I want to do the exercise thing right, slowly and find something I actually enjoy so I am going to do the couch to 5k app and watch some yoga tutorials on youtube, and also some cardio ones. Then in conjunction I with the help of a trainer on here (who offered his expertise for nothing!) I hope to make 2/3 permanent changes to my diet and nail them down first, let them become part of my normal eating habit and then tackle another few so I am comfortable with the fact that its going to be a forever change and not a fad diet to lose weight. ![]() I wish you the best of luck with it. After hurting my back I'm on a mission to get fit. I'm starting with pilates x | |||
