You don't need an instructor standing over you but you do need a plan and to be honest anyone here who can't see your breaking pint or ability shouldn't really offer a plan. Ask the head trainer for one PT class, tell him what yu need and pay extra if you have to. After that you just nee good tunes good food and will power. It's not good to just target one area but for toning in such a short space of time you have to hammer cardio and have a super clean diet. I'm currently on 6 eggs, one chicken breast and a small meal a day. It's a killer not eating sweets but it should be worth it | |||

I enjoy cooking and find it cheaper to use lower cal ingredients. I don't eat bread or at sauces from a jar. The rest is fair game in moderation as I've no intention of killing myself in search of a six pack that I will never get. Simple thing my first kickboxing coach told me. If you can meal plan and be good during the week you can afford the few treats at the weekends. I live by that now and it works for me. To be very honest MC I know it's been said before but like...ye know...as you are...so would ![]() ![]() | |||

I have really cut back on my sugar intake over the last few months but cutting it altogether is a tough thing to do...... Almost everything contains sugar. I don't take sugar in tea or anything and I don't actually buy or use sugar in the house but there are lazy days when a jar of something comes out of the cupboard and I know it's filled with the stuff! I think I would need someone with me 24/7 telling me what I can and can't eat for that to work for me. | |||

It's a cardio workout that is fun to do and once you do one round of classes...you have the move's to do it at home...the music is great and when you feel really energised try wrist and leg weight's plus someone already mentioned the plank...I do that at the end...this will improve more than your beach body ![]() Haha the plank is not my friend but we are very well acquainted ![]() | |||
