Quick question i uploaded a pic which i took this morning set as profile was approved no prob...then about 10 hours got refused for no reason....wtf??

You need to use the report link on the pic, explain your problem, and Admin will check it out. There are rules about what a pic can/cannot show, so maybe there is a contravention.
