If you work backwards with your assignment might be easier. Choose food plans (menus) first then incorporate the 5 a day etc... Sorry I maybe way off though... Plenty of fluids and sorry bout the kittens

June is just a month of weekend drinking for me. Between weddings and stag do. I'm gonna be dead by the end of it so I'm hoping may doesn't end too soon

Oh I'm done with the menus! Woohoo! I've only a few short questions left to do in the morning and that's that done study for my exam Tuesday night and then we are off the pub straight after to celebrate I'll get my fluids then

Yeah, this is one long ass week/month.

I broke my elbow a couple of weeks ago, and I've got a couple of weeks of pain left while it heals.

No fun, no alcohol and lots of bullshit trying to do things one handed.

On the plus side, the painkillers are nice and strong.
