Omg my head is melted... I've to decide menus for certain groups of people and I have to use the food pyramid. Do you know how complicated it is.. It seeks so easy till ya realise no one will eat that much food

If you looking for any research or ideas... I listen and read a lot of Sigma Nutrition and Eric. Helms food pyramid.

Honestly I'm not that interested in it people are going eat whatever they bloody want to eat so me making imaginary menus ain't going help.. But this is my last one and it's due on Tuesday and then I've an exam Tuesday night and then I'm freeeeeeee!
