I've done two toughmudders amongst otherS My advice is to be prepared to be cold and covered in cuts and bruises the following day. The craic at it is brilliant and it's very rewarding to yourself to complacent it. Oh and when you do your First one you will want to do more.

I was a medic at the first irish one and to see the motavation and determination of the people just said it all in the freezeing cold and rain
