Easy to use smartphones for person 50 to 60 years of age. Any help appreciated

I had one for 6 months. It spent 5 and a half months in the box. Used it (in the loosest sense of the word) for 2 weeks and binned it.

I'm in the age group you mentioned

Some people want a basic smartphone. I know lots with smartphones but don't want high tech ones such as Samsung s6 n iPhone 6 etc

Ah ye I'm just talking about somebody who needs a basic enough one. Am I phone would be a waste of time as they woukdnt use half the features

I would say an iphone would be pretty to use and navigate around . Forget the age catogory . If anyone just watches or messes with a phone for a while theyl get the hang of it

Handiest way is to get a samsung s6 and use the easy mode feature, gets rid of most of the apps and is very straight forward. Uve just ur internet, call , phonebook and messaging. I got it set up for a relative that couldnt use them and theyre using this easliy.

As far as i know they do, u might need to check that all the updates are done. Just go into settings and switch on easy mode. Then just say what apps u want to use on it.

ye have Samsung s6 myself. Was just wondering if on all Samsungs
