Had a user on here chatting and then got in contact through KIK. Long story short they seem to know who I am and know my real name and a lot of other info about me. They have threatened to show my pics to people I know but so far haven't. I'm not sure what to do. Any ideas?

Block or ignore them. If they continue, I would think you have grounds to report them for harrasment.

Yeah but if it's going to progress, I'd want to be out in front of it. A lot of bullies get off on the fact that their victims won't speak out for fear of embarrasment. If they are going out of their way to contact you, you can complain to the authorities.

So they are gonna tell people you are on here. And how do they explain how the found you. "oh I accidentally stumbled unto a swingers site and was chatting to you" I'd tell them to go for it. Like someone else said you have nothing to be ashamed off. But I bet they wouldn't want their friends knowing they were on here because they are narrow minded pricks!!!! 1 2 3 and breathe

I agree with do nothing. Most bullies are cowards, the kick is in the power you give them by allowing them to frighten you. Block and ignore, report if necessary, screenshot or save any conversations as evidence in case it continues and you need to take further action.

Im not too sure about the laws in the south but people exposing u with pics is breaking the revenge porn laws in the uk. So id make them aware that he has no permission to share your pics or use them in any other way or u will contact the guards, i dont know if ur open about being a tv/ts but if u are, and he was chancing his arm with u, prob saying hes straight too you hold all the cards. Id send him one clearly worded message then completely ignore him.

This is my view...tell admin....stay calm and ignore them on here and on kik.....but keep a diary....ie build up the evidance so that when or if the garda are brough into this you strike like a viper....silent but deadly...i know it is easy to say these things but everyone has a right to live as they chose...it is hard not too worry but do not give them they head space....there not worth it....life is for livening the men and women of 1916 fought for the right to live as free people...

Have they said the pics that they have are distinguishable? Your two public pics don't show your face. But I have to agree with the above. The bullies main aim is to gain control over you and make you worry and fret. If you block on kik or delete your kik they can't contact you. If they rejoin here then you can report to admin. Hopefully it's just someone trying to scare you. I would hazard a guess that if they have your kik that it was someone you chatted with in here that progresses to off site chatting with a view to meet. So they hardly have a leg to stand on if the aim is to out you and embarrass you!

A lot Irish people pretend to be tolerant but when they think they might encounter others, such as natutists, they object strongly.

I personally wouldn't have any problem with it. It would probably good for the local economy. Bring in tourism that otherwise might not have gone to that area. I agree there are some very narrow minded people over here but we are not all like that

No, Admin [the Site Owner ONLY, NOT the Mods] would only be able to provide support [on specific request by the Gardai] about what has transpired on the site - mails, PMs, Forum Posts, chatroom conversation transcripts.

This is one reason why I prefer to do my chatting on-site, rather than switching to off-site communications before the first actual meet. It's not a total protection - but at least it's documented the progress.

Seems to be a lot of this going on, usually from spurned advances, either way you have nothing to be ashamed of, id block and report, if you show fear they will pounce on it, being discreet does not imply shame either, its respect and common sense

worst case id go to Gardai if they persist

...which is why I advocated being pro active....if these people got a taste of their own medicine. .they might think twice before doing it again.
