I'm dubious about posting on here again but I just want to warn people and also see if anyone has had a similar problem...my friend is on pof and was chatting to a guy. They went for a coffee and he seemed quiet but nice. She decided to go on another date, he suggested dinner and drinks in town. She went out on Saturday and the ordered a meal and he polished off a bottle of wine and started getting a bit arrogant. He asked her if she wanted to go for more drinks but she told him she was feeling tired and asked for the bill. He went to the toilet and after a good few minutes she text him to see if he was ok. He messaged her back 'I bailed'. He left her with the food and drink bill! Has anyone been in this situation and is there anyway of warning/reporting him on pof?

Dunno how anyone could use this as a warning though, if she didn't realise until he left at the end, what do we do, never go out again for dinner just in case..?

"I'm dubious about posting on here again but I just want to warn people and also see if anyone has had a similar problem...my friend is on pof and was chatting to a guy. Has anyone been in this situation and is there anyway of warning/reporting him on pof?"
im shocked at how low people can be ..what an arsehole

bad form alright , I once met a fabber for a drink and said id get the first one , but needed the loo , cue my "date" saying he would go up to the bar for me , so I handed him a 50 euro note and sauntered off to the little girlies room , when i returned , he was nowhere to be seen , cnut had fucked off with my 50 quid !

shit happens yep .

later he mailed me and admitted being a head and the lure of the 50 quid was too much for him , so he kept the money and went straight to his dealer . Asked me not to think too badly of him not gonna divulge my reply to that ...
