I've seen him a few times. Hope to see him again, but sadly not this time. He gives an amazing performance, full of energy and passion. Anyone who goes will not be disappointed.

So you'd pay a tenner to see a load of shite 12 or 13 times rather than to see a rock legend? admittedly the croke park premium is OTT if it was anyone else, but not for Bruuuuussssssss

My mate took me to a bar in new Jersey after work one nite...there was a local band playing. ....Bruce and Clarence did a 20 min spot......no one batted an eylid....apparently he did it fairly often when he was back home. ...a real jersey boy...no bullshit...

Did I say 'load of shite'? I choose well as it happens. Bruces legend status is a matter of opinion, he'd be way way down on my list.

no.. you didn't.. but the point is we can all be subjective about music. its [ersonal choice.. quality over quantity in my view.. but what do I know.

I agree on the quality over quantity I just think Bruce isn't worth paying more than twenty euro for, I don't really rate him. That's just my opinion.

Not in the slightest, I only pay big money for acts I rate. I have paid close to a hundred euro several times. I've been to croke park, slane, aviva, rds and gigs abroad etc I just wouldn't pay anything close to big money for a Bruce gig as I don't rate him. My taste is particular to me.

But you have to admit that the lyrics of "glory days" were prophetic about Bruce's fans....
