He had the smallest sized head I'd ever seen! It could fit into the palm of my hand! I bought him a hat for our holiday's and it covered his tiny head like a bucket, I had to lie and say that I had picked up xxl by accident and I exchanged it for a aged 2 to 3 hat and it fit him perfectly the only time I was glad of that small head was when I was pregnant with our son, I thought if he has his dads head he'd fly out of me like Concorde!
