Gonna need a better description than that to help. Does it power on? Any error messages coming up? Does it make any noises? What's on the screen? What make/model/windows version?

The problem has been sorted by a throwing a tantrum and dancing on it. Hence new laptop was procured this morning. Thankyou to all those that found there way to telling me to just turn on and off at plug.

Make sure to destroy the hard drive if you got personal information on it.
