I just realised fab will look for other fabbers within 1/4 mile. Great when you live in the city but I live in the sticks and could count my 1/4 mile neighbours on one hand!

Tbh.....its not that accurate. ..a guy contacted us, from Bangor. ..said we were showing up within a mile. ...we were in Dublin. .

That can happen if he just clicks on the feature it show who was near him but if he refreshed it probally show different

Yes I gave also had false readings before, I don't think it is NASA who provide the proximity measurements.

Although I wouldn't mind being within 1/4 of a mile of u OP??

Someone told me the distance is as the crow flies, so some people could be further than you think. It also goes by your last location. I was in dublin at the weekend, and had I switched my location off in my phone settings, I'd still be seeing dublin people in my who's nearby, and they me.
