Waterford

I started a thread about 90's Heavy Metal and it seems to have been a success. But I'm a music lover of all genres and styles so I want to start a thread for those of you who have a love for all 90's Hip Hop and R'n'B.

I'll start with, Adina Howard 'Freak Like Me'

Go......

House of pain - jump around

Cypress Hill - hits from the bong

At a push I'd probably say it's my favourite rap album. Just love how GZA delivers his words.

"He set bombs in bottles of champagne, and when ni**as pop the cork, ni**as lost half their brain"

Always loved that

Yeah ODB's first one is a classic. Must root it out. Method Man 'Tical' is a decent album too.

Hmmm, I could be on a Wu Tang buzz for the week

Love that beat in 'High Powered'

I prefer 'Doggystyle' to 'The Chronic' though. 'G'z n' Hustlaz' is a tune and a half.

Forgot about Onyx 'slam'. I first heard that on Bevis and Butthead

Didn't they do 'Judgement Night' with Biohazard?

The Hip Hop/Metal crossover in the 90's was great for a while.
