Day 7. half way there..

Dublin West

So day 7.

Carrick on Shannon to Sligo and back again and back with the official cycle. A day to chat to others and to support each other. A day of sun and showers laughter and tears..

The body is tired but the head is in a happy place.

And now I head for Dublin for an evening with some if you lot..
