Corkagh Park, Dub 22 Dogging?

Was up for a jog in Corkagh earlier this evening and noticed a couple and a fair few single lads hanging around near the back of the caravan park near the car park.

Anyone know if this is a dogging spot? would be fairly handy for me if it was!
